Room or apartment in Folgarida? Questions to ask before booking
Choosing a room or an apartment? Compare space, meals, cleaning and booking terms with practical questions for your stay in Folgarida.

When a property offers both rooms and apartments, the right choice depends on how you want to spend your days. Would you prefer to prepare your own meals or know which meal plan is available? Do you mainly need somewhere to rest, or do you need separate living spaces? The accommodation label alone does not answer these questions.
Start with your group
State how many people are travelling and the children’s ages, if relevant. Ask about the number and arrangement of beds, any sofa bed and whether sleeping and living areas are separate. Maximum occupancy does not explain the layout.
Check meals and kitchen facilities
For a room, ask which meals are included or available to purchase. For an apartment, confirm whether there is a kitchen or kitchenette and what equipment is provided. The word “apartment” does not guarantee every appliance or item of kitchenware.
Clarify the total price
Linen, cleaning during the stay and final cleaning may have different terms. Ask for a written summary of included services, any extra charges, payment arrangements and cancellation conditions. Mention accessibility needs or travelling with a pet before booking.
Look at photographs of the option offered
A general photograph of the property does not identify the accommodation you will receive. Request current images and features that relate to the specific option in your quotation.
