Residence Splendor becomes Chalet Alte Vette: new management in Folgarida

If you knew the property as Residence Splendor, the name to look for now is Chalet Alte Vette. The property in Folgarida is preparing for a new chapter under new management, with accommodation that will include both rooms and apartments.

Preparations for reopening are under way

The exact date will appear on this website once management has confirmed it. Full details of the individual accommodation options are still being prepared. Photographs, features and booking conditions will be updated as they become available.

To plan a stay, prepare an enquiry with your preferred dates, the number of adults and children, the children’s ages and whether you would prefer a room or an apartment. These details will help the team suggest a suitable option once availability and services can be confirmed.

Kitchen facilities, included meals, parking and other amenities need to be checked for the accommodation you choose. Descriptions of the former Residence Splendor do not replace the new management’s terms.

Chalet Alte Vette plans to offer rooms and apartments. Preparations for reopening are under way. The contact page will provide official contact details and an enquiry form once these are confirmed. Sending enquiries is not yet available in this preview.
